By accessing or using the services of Heavy Doody Scoops, including scheduling service, submitting website forms, or opting in to SMS communications, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Service Overview
Heavy Doody Scoops provides professional pet waste removal services. By initiating service, you agree to comply with all policies outlined below.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.
2. Access & Pet Safety
Clients are responsible for maintaining safe and unobstructed access to the yard.
• Gates must be unlocked or access codes provided. • Aggressive or loose pets must be secured indoors during service. • If access is blocked or pets are not secured, the visit will still be charged and rescheduled as a double cleanup.
Heavy Doody Scoops assumes no liability for damage to gates, landscaping, lawns, or pets.
3. Service Conditions
• Waste may be missed if grass is excessively tall, the yard contains heavy debris, or terrain is obstructed. • Cleanups on rock, gravel, or heavily landscaped areas may require additional effort and may incur an additional fee. • If service is paused and resumed later, an initial cleanup fee may apply depending on yard condition.
4. Inclement Weather & Missed Visits
In hazardous weather conditions, service may be postponed for safety.
• Missed visits due to weather may be completed the following day or during the next scheduled visit as a double cleanup. • Billing continues during weather-related delays, as pet waste continues to accumulate.
5. Billing & Payment
Services are prepaid monthly. Billing cycles renew automatically on the 1st of each month unless otherwise specified.
• Payment is collected securely at signup and billed automatically. • Promotional discounts or waived initial cleanup fees may be subject to additional charges if yard conditions require extra labor. • Pricing and policies may change with at least two (2) weeks’ notice.
Prepaid fees are non-refundable. If canceled mid-cycle, remaining scheduled visits within the paid period will still be completed.
6. Cancellation Policy
Either party may cancel service at any time by contacting Heavy Doody Scoops directly.
If service is resumed after cancellation, an initial cleanup fee may apply.
7. Holiday Schedule
We do not operate on the following holidays:
Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day New Year’s Day
Services scheduled on these holidays will resume the following available service date or week. No refunds will be issued for skipped holiday visits as we have to come by again & collect double doody..
8. SMS Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number and opting in via our website forms or service agreements, you provide express written consent to receive SMS communications from Heavy Doody Scoops.
