Frequently Asked Questions
How often should I schedule service?
Most customers choose weekly, but we also offer twice-weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and one-time cleanings.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, as long as we have access to your yard, we’ll take care of it.
What do you do with the waste after scooping?
The waste is double-bagged and placed in your trash receptacle. We’re working on offering a haul-away option in the near future.
Can you work with locked gates or pets in the yard?
Yes. For locked gates, we’ll need a code, key, someone at home to open, or another access method.
Can my dog be in the yard while you scoop?
For safety, we ask that all dogs be inside or secured while we scoop.
What if it rains or snows—do you still come?
Light rain or snow won’t stop us, but extreme weather may cause rescheduling to the next available day.
How do I pay for service?
All billing is handled securely through Sweep & Go. Once you sign up, you’ll have a customer portal where you can pay by debit/credit card or set up automatic payments. Invoices are generated automatically, so you never have to worry about missed payments.
Do you offer one-time cleanings or only recurring service?
Both! Whether you need a spring cleanup or ongoing service, we’ve got you covered.
Can you deodorize the yard as well?
Yes, yard deodorizing is available as an add-on.
Is there an extra fee for larger yards or more than one dog?
Yes. Pricing depends on yard size and number of dogs.
What if I need to skip a week or pause service?
Our pricing is a flat monthly rate, which reserves your spot on our route and keeps billing simple. If you skip a week, your rate stays the same, but service will resume on your next scheduled visit. We will try to still get you scooped for that week, but it is not guaranteed. For longer breaks, just let us know and we can pause your service.
Are there contracts, or is it pay-as-you-go?
No contracts required! You choose the plan that works best for you and your family.
How do I start or stop service?
Simply call, text, or submit our online form.
What areas do you service?
We currently cover a 40 minute radius around Leominster. Basically, Athol to Littleton, Ashby to Milbury, Pepperell to Paxton.
Is it safe for my kids and pets after you’ve cleaned?

Do you clean up during holidays?
We skip major holidays, but your service will resume on the next available day thar week.
Can you scoop around pools, playsets, or gardens?
